To Whom It May Concern:
Our success over the past several years recently made it possible for our agency to relocate to a larger facility
that would accommodate future growth. e.Solutions, our vendor for network support services at the time,
contacted us to plan out the relocation of our technology infrastructure to the new facility. They cautioned us
about the complexity of this project, and provided an estimate for move assistance.
Due to the significance of this undertaking, we elected to solicit additional project bids, ultimately giving the business to an alternate vendor who promised a lower rate. While we did not perform a line-by-line comparison of
each competitive project bid, we felt justified that we had made the right project decision at the time.
During the month leading up to the move date, we received several calls from e.Solutions to check if we had
secured our TI provider for the new location. As our support vendor, they were concerned about our ability to go
live when the new location opened. We were very busy with the move details, and were unable to respond.
The concerns expressed by e.Solutions turned out to be quite valid. Our TI contract had not been secured in a
timely manner, and we were in the midst of trying to secure a DSL backup so we could be at least operational
when the business reopened after the holiday weekend. e.Solutions offered to assist with the project once more,
but we thought the DSL backup solution was going to work.
When our backup DSL solution fell through, we found ourselves in a precarious position with limited options.
Every high-speed internet provider we contacted made it clear that they needed thirty days to secure the high speed
connection we required. Finally, we called e.Solutions, hoping that they could help us out of a difficult
situation.
e.Solutions pulled out all stops, contacted every supplier they knew, and were able to deliver a creative solution using a local wireless provider. Within 48 hours, they had us up and running. They also found a way to engineer
the solution so that the new Wireless line could become part of our future disaster recovery plan, allowing us to
keep both the Wireless and TI service.
While we were always satisfied with the support services provided by e.Solutions, this experience gave us a
deeper appreciation for their commitment to our business. While our original choice of vendors for this project
was driven by potential cost savings, we realize now that our decision may have actually increased the overall
project costs. We are just fortunate that e.Ssolutions was there when we needed them most.
Thanks, e.Solutions
